    Functional hotel, plentiful breakfast!

    Whole place was clean with lovely views; particularly good location in a good location short walk to the town centre. Average sized room with private bathroom and coffee and a kettle;))

    I was very impressed by the staff- the front desk staff was excellent and went out of their way to assist me- always courteous and smiling. The same can be said of the room service staff and the maid who ckeaned my room- always helpful -courteous and smiling. I would also like to compliment you on your breakfast buffet. Thank you for a very nice experience for someone who spent over 150 nights in hotels last year.

    Well, it's just a very polite and client oriented staff. Everyone smiles and wants to help. Breakfast, swimming pool, towels - all brilliant. The bartender's girl by the pool is good. I don't think I'm going to Heraklion anymore, but if I do, I'll be at this hotel.

    It's a little expensive in the restaurant, both buffet and menu

    Delighted by the perfect executive suite that welcomed us with good surprises like complimentary water, wine, and chocolates! The staff's friendliness, and the breakfast spread was really good. A 20-minute stroll to the city center kept us energized. This gem ticks all the boxes for a perfect stay!
